How listings work

Last updated 2 November 2026

Where listings come from

Every day we index the public calendar of each venue we know and, where available, official ticketing sources. We only use a venue's own website or an official ticketing source: we do not copy other listing sites.

How listings are checked

For each event we gather the essential details: title, date, time, performers, price and the link to the official page. Our checks then remove anything that is not a music event, is in the past, has an impossible date or place, or duplicates another listing.

How the text is written

The short description on each event is written automatically from those details only, in the language of the place. It is not copied from the venue's text. It can still be wrong, so always check the official page before you go.

What we add

Artist photos, short biographies, popular tracks and a video are matched from public sources listed in Data sources & credits. A video is shown only when it clearly belongs to the performer; if we are not sure, we show nothing.

How fresh it is

Calendars are re-read regularly. Events can be moved, sold out or cancelled after we read them: the official page is always the source of truth.

Correct or remove a listing

If something is wrong, tell us at venues@livemusicradar.net. Venues and artists can ask for removal on the Remove content page. We act on well-founded requests promptly.
