Live Music Radar

Data sources & credits

Last updated 2 November 2026

Live Music Radar combines its own reading of venue calendars with open data and public services. Thank you to everyone below.

Events

  • Venues' own public websites (the programme of each venue).
  • Ticketmaster (events and official ticket links).

Artists

  • MusicBrainz core data (CC0) and ListenBrainz listening statistics (CC0): artist identifiers, links and popular tracks.
  • Wikipedia and Wikidata: biographies (text under CC BY-SA 4.0, linked to the source article) and Wikimedia Commons images with their own credits.
  • Deezer and Spotify: artist pictures and follower counts, credited where shown.
  • TheAudioDB: some artist details.
  • YouTube: videos embedded from the artist's own channel or the venue's page; nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.

Places and maps

  • OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and GeoNames (CC BY 4.0): place names and coordinates.
  • Natural Earth (public domain): country outlines on the globe.
  • Pexels photographers (Pexels License, free for commercial use): the generic stage, crowd and instrument photographs shown for concerts that have no picture of their own.
  • Map links open Google Maps in a new tab; we embed no map.
